We all know Santa loves cookies and milk, but what about his reindeer? Come visit our office and create a bag full of treats Santa's reindeer are sure to love! This will be an opportunity for children to create their own reindeer treat bag, christmas ornament, and enjoy christmas treats!
We are proud to help sponsor this event: Friends of Caroline presents the Gingerbread 5K. This family friendly race, will take place on December 16, 2017, at 9 am, as part of their Annual Festival of Trees. Race starts and finishes at the Live Oaks Park, and takes runners through the streets of Port Royal. Costumes encouraged. Online registration ends on December 13, 2017. Race day registration is available from 7:30 to 8:30 am. Packet pick can be done on race day beginning at 7:30 am, or on December 15, 2017 at Grounded Running. Race entry includes t-shirt, (must register by December 1st to guarantee t-shirt). Chip timing conducted by Grounded Running. Medals will be given to top three overall male and female finishers, as well as top three male and female finishers from each age group. Medals given to top three costume winners.

Join us for our first free health class Thursday, Nov. 2 at 6:00pm. This will be an educational class on how you can prevent spinal misalignments from affecting your health. Topics that will be discussed include: spinal and nervous system anatomy, vertebral subluxation, effects of vertebral subluxation, correction of vertebral subluxation, and restoring health to your spine. Free spinal evaluations will be offered at the end of the class!
